05 Aug 2011 African countries rich in natural resources have neglected agriculture and have to learn how to farm all over again.
Speaking at the Agrifica conference in Johannesburg, Paul Runge, managing director of African Projects Access, said that countries such as Nigeria, Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo are waking up to the importance of agriculture after neglecting the sector for many decades.
