30 Aug 2011THE Competition Commission has launched a two-pronged fightback against recent court judgments it says curb its ability to investigate cases and set fines.
The investigating body yesterday said it had applied for leave to appeal to the Constitutional Court against a Competition Appeal Court judgment that sided with fertiliser company Omnia and ruled the commission had brought the complaint improperly.
