rysta LifeScience Limited has announced inMarch the ac-
quisition of the Goëmar group from BeCapital and Pechel
Industries. Goëmar isheadquartered inSaint-Malo, France,
and is a global manufacturer and supplier of biostimula-
tion, biocontrol and innovative nutrition for plants, including Physio
ActivatorTM andNatural Defense technologies.
This acquisition builds on Arysta LifeScience’s biosolutions plat-
form, originally developed from the Grupo Bioquímico Mexicano
(GBM) acquisition in 2007, along with their biocontrol portfolio,
Natural Plant Protection (NPP), with globally recognised products
such asAtonik®, Biozyme® andCarpovirusine®.
The two companies have already been working together to cross-
market their biosolutions offerings in Europe, in addition to several
commercial partnerships in high-growth countries, including India
andMexico.
Goëmar brings to Arysta LifeScience over 40 years of research
and technical expertise in biosolutions, with a broad portfolio of
highly differentiated products, cutting-edge innovation, and an in-
dustry-leading commercial organisation with complementary com-
petencies andgeographic reach.

tion in biosolutions, while also maximising the synergies with tra-
