E-Mail communications, including all attachments thereto, are transmitted to you by Grain South Africa on the following terms and conditions:
- The information transmitted in this e-mail is intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material.
- If you are not the intended recipient you are hereby notified that any disclosure, copying, distribution or taking action in reliance of the contents of this e-mail is strictly prohibited, and may be unlawful. If therefore you have received this e-mail in error please notify the sender immediately and then delete it.
- Confidentiality and legal privilege are not waived or lost by reason of mistaken delivery to you of this e-mail.
