88 SA Graan/Grain: Annual overview 2025 SA Graan/Grain magazine remains the leading publication for South African grain producers, with a core focus on the sharing of knowledge, innovation and the promotion of sustainable production practices. In 2025 the magazine further strengthened its reputation as a reliable source of agricultural information by offering in-depth articles on crop control, market analysis, input strategies and technological innovation. During the year, the magazine expanded its digital platform (https://sagrainmag.co.za/), which provides producers with access to real-time advice, videos and interactive articles. The integration of technological content, including precision farming, research results and resilient production methods, helped readers to improve informed decision-making at farm level. The editorial team of SA Graan/Grain also placed the focus on transformation, young producers and inclusivity in the agricultural sector, which contributes to a stronger and more diverse value chain. Collaboration with Grain SA, NAMPO expos and research institutions further increased the relevance of the magazine in the industry. In 2025 SA Graan/Grain proved that it is not just a publication, but a strategic instrument for producers to farm successfully, sustainably and innovatively. The role of the magazine as link between knowledge, practice and community has laid the foundation for continued growth in the coming years.
