114 6.2.6 Member benefit: Corporate Guarantee relating to a contingency policy 6.2.6.1 Grain SA actively endorsed and promoted a contingency policy as a member benefit, as per Congress resolutions, with the support of Corporate Guarantee. 6.2.6.2 However, the role of Grain SA is limited to that of a referrer, and not as a representative or as an intermediary. Following negotiations, Grain SA and Corporate Guarantee is in the process to finalise a new agreement, to ensure that Grain SA is being appointed as a referrer. 6.2.7 Due diligence 6.2.7.1 Due diligence processes had been completed for ATI, as potential training partner for NAMPO Tech and for Whanau (Pty) Ltd as potential fund negotiators, locally and internationally. 6.2.7.2 The due diligence process had been completed successfully with the support of ATI, supplying relating documentation and financial statements required. 7.
