108 group enabling services Systems and processes optimised through digitisation FInance and IT During the 2025 financial year, the Grain SA Group finalised the remaining administrative processes required to implement the new corporate structure and began operationalising its implications for the finance function. The finance team made significant progress in optimising systems and processes, with major strides in digitisation. Most finance workflows are now fully paperless, improving turnaround times and enhancing both the accessibility and traceability of information. Modern tools such as e-signatures and automated approval workflows have further strengthened process efficiency. In addition, the core financial systems were configured to automate tasks previously performed manually, resulting in greater accuracy and operational effectiveness.
