Deadline for bookings and material
Closing date for bookings: 1st day of previous month.
All material must reach Grain SA on or before the 15th day of the preceding month before the banner advertisement is due to go live.
Technical specificatons
Grain SA requires material to be made up to the specifi ed size (as set out on page 1).
Artwork must preferably not exceed 39Kb.
If a banner advertisement should link up to your client’s website, please supply the URL together with the final artwork

Standard terms and conditions for advertising on Grain SA’s website
1. Written instructions (CI’s) are a prerequisite for advertising bookings.
2. All advertising material is subject to approval by Grain SA.
3. Grain SA can, at its discretion, reject an advertisement if it is deemed to be untruthful or objectionable in subject matter or wording or unsuitable for any other reason.
4. Accounts must be settled monthly. With payments settled later than 60 days no agency commission will apply. Interest of 2% after 60 days will be charged.
5. Mutual notice on or before the 1st of the previous month is required for the cessation of “place cancellation” advertisements.
6. Grain SA is not responsible for the design, maintenance or content of an advertiser’s banners.
7. Advertisers are to supply all material on or before due dates.
8. Amounts are exclusive of VAT, but include agency commission.
