13 Dec 2007The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and China?s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on biofuels cooperation today. Both countries also signed a protocol to establish and expand science and technology exchanges to improve market access for agricultural products.
